Delete everything from inside the app

Open Stockroom.
Go to the Settings tab.
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Confirm when asked. This cannot be undone.

Stockroom has no login, so there is nothing to sign into first. Deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period and no queue.

What is deleted

Your anonymous account identifier, created automatically on first launch.
Every item in your inventory.
The full stock movement history for every item.
Your account's stock alert default thresholds.
Any photos attached to your items.
The account itself — nothing is left behind under your identifier.

What is kept

Nothing. Stockroom has no shared-ownership concept — every item belongs to exactly one account — so there is no data left behind that belongs to someone else, and nothing partial about the deletion.

Retention

Deleted data is removed from the database at the moment you confirm. Nothing is retained afterwards, and there is no archive or backup copy kept for a later period.

Ask us to do it instead

If you have lost access to the device or cannot use the app, email contact@willowcy.com and we will delete the data for you. Stockroom does not collect an email address or any other contact detail, so please include enough information to identify the account — for example, roughly when you started using the app and what kind of items you were tracking.
