Help with Stockroom — track stock levels from anywhere.
Email contact@willowcy.com and we will get back to you. Telling us your phone model and OS version helps.
Scanning a barcode
Tap the scan button and point the camera at the barcode. If it matches an item already in your inventory, that item opens directly. If it doesn't match anything yet, you'll land on Not in your inventory with an option to add it as a new item using the scanned barcode.
The camera will not open
Stockroom asks for camera access the first time you scan or take a photo of an item. If you declined, the OS will not ask again: go to your device's app settings for Stockroom and turn camera access back on.
Adding a product that already exists
If you scan or enter a barcode that's already attached to an item in your inventory, Stockroom tells you before creating a duplicate and lets you go straight to the existing item instead.
Low and medium stock alerts
Every item has a low- and medium-stock threshold. Unless you set one directly on an item, it falls back to your account's defaults, set in Settings → Stock alert defaults. Changing the defaults there instantly affects every item that hasn't been given its own threshold.
Changes made offline
Stock updates you make without a connection are kept on your device and sent automatically once you're back online — you don't need to redo anything.
Exporting your data
The Export tab generates a CSV or Excel file of your items or stock history, built entirely on your device, then hands it to your device's normal share sheet so you can save or send it wherever you like.
Do I need an account?
No. Stockroom works the moment you open it, with no sign-up, email, or password — your device is signed in anonymously and everything you add is tied to that identity.
"Start fresh" vs. "Delete account"
These do different things, both in Settings → Account:
- Start fresh switches this device to a brand-new, empty identity. Your existing inventory is untouched on the server — this device just can no longer see or edit it.
- Delete account permanently removes your inventory, its history, your alert settings, any item photos, and the account itself. See Delete your data for the full detail.
